The intern will support daily food and beverage operations, including preparing and serving food and drinks, setting up and clearing tables, and maintaining cleanliness and presentation in dining areas. Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, delivering items promptly, and ensuring a positive and friendly dining experience. The role also involves coordinating with kitchen staff, following hygiene and safety standards, and assisting with inventory checks or basic stock organization. Interns will gain hands-on experience in hotel food service, guest interaction, and teamwork within a boutique hospitality setting.Qualifications Strong Food Service and Food & Beverage skills, with an interest in boutique hotel hospitality.Customer Service and Communication abilities to interact courteously and professionally with guests.Basic Culinary Skills or a willingness to learn food preparation and presentation standards.Ability to follow hygiene, safety, and quality guidelines in food and beverage operations.Positive attitude, reliability, and readiness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.Enrollment in or completion of a hospitality, tourism, or related program is an advantage.Previous internship or part-time experience in hotels, restaurants, or cafés is beneficial but not required.
