Viwidh Foodcraft aims to grow into a multi-brand F&B ecosystem that contributes to India’s evolving food culture, offering learning opportunities for aspiring food and beverage professionals.Role Description The Food and Beverage Intern will support day-to-day operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment, including assisting with food service, coordinating orders, and ensuring a clean and organized work area. Responsibilities include interacting with guests, responding to inquiries, and helping deliver a positive, customer-centric dining experience. The intern will work closely with the kitchen and service teams to understand culinary processes, menu offerings, and brand standards, and may assist with basic food preparation under guidance. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and peak business hours.Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations.Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills.Candidates should possess basic Culinary Skills and an interest in developing further in the kitchen and restaurant domain.Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Willingness to learn, adapt to operational procedures, and maintain high hygiene and safety standards.Current students or recent graduates in hospitality, hotel management, culinary arts, or related fields are preferred.Comfort with working on-site in Bengaluru and managing standing or physical activity during shifts.
