🔍 We're Hiring: Senior Coffee Product Development Lead📍 Chennai | R&D Division | 10-12 Years ExperienceCalling all coffee technologists and beverage R&D experts! 🌱☕CavinKare is building a strong in-house coffee capability, and we're looking for a hands-on leader to own coffee technology development across decoctions, powders, shelf-stable formats, and RTD beverages.What you'll drive:✅ End-to-end development of coffee decoctions (mass to premium, incl. chicory blends)✅ Coffee powder optimization – blend, roast, grind, cup quality✅ Shelf-stable black coffee decoctions for Tetra Pak/aseptic packaging✅ RTD coffee innovations (filter coffee, latte, espresso-style) with Dairy R&D✅ Bean/chicory sourcing, specs, and supplier quality standards✅ Lab-to-pilot-to-commercial scale-up and plant trialsWhat we're looking for:🎓 Food/Coffee/Beverage Technology background (or related)☕ Deep hands-on expertise in roasting, extraction, sensory profiling & stabilization📈 Proven track record from lab development through commercialization🌍 Exposure to export markets is a plusIf you're passionate about coffee innovation and want to build category-defining products for Indian and global markets — let's talk!
