Team members join a professional environment that values service excellence, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction.Role Description : The Food and Beverage Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kollam, responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations. Day-to-day tasks include managing restaurant and bar services, coordinating banquet and room service offerings, and ensuring consistent quality in food preparation and presentation. The role involves supervising and scheduling staff, monitoring inventory, implementing hygiene and safety standards, and maintaining cost controls across outlets.
