This role oversees daily food and beverage operations, including menu execution, product quality, inventory control, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards. The manager supervises and schedules staff, supports training and performance, and ensures excellent customer service throughout the cafe. Responsibilities include monitoring sales, managing costs, supporting budgeting, coordinating with suppliers, and helping design promotions to increase revenue and guest satisfaction. The role works closely with ownership to implement operational improvements and maintain a positive, efficient work environment.Qualifications Strong knowledge of food service operations and food & beverage management.Must have an 5 to 7 year experience at cafe / restaurant operation.Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service and handle guest feedback professionally.Experience in staff training, coaching, and team coordination.Skills in budgeting, cost control, and basic financial reporting.Working knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and compliance requirements.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and consistency.Prior experience in a cafe, bakery, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak seasons, as needed.
