ResponsibilitiesOversee daily F&B operations to ensure smooth service and 5-star hospitality standardsManage restaurant, bar, wellness beverage, and in-room dining operationsControl budgets, P&L, food cost, beverage cost, and operational expensesEnsure high standards of food quality, hygiene, service, and guest satisfactionDevelop wellness-focused dining concepts and healthy beverage programs aligned with the hotel’s wellness philosophyLead, train, and manage F&B team performance and staffingCollaborate with Spa, Wellness, and Sales & Marketing teams to create wellness dining experiences and promotional activitiesMonitor KPIs, prepare operational reports, and drive revenue growthEnsure compliance with safety, hygiene, and hotel operational standardsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in F&B Operations with management-level experienceBackground in luxury hotels, wellness resorts, or 5-star hospitality environmentsStrong understanding of Wellness Hospitality and healthy dining conceptsStrong leadership, financial management, and operational skillsGood command of English communicationPreferred SkillsExperience in developing wellness-focused all-day dining conceptsProven track record of driving revenue growth in F&B operationsPlease submit your cv to email: wissanu@siamwellnessgroup.com
