Food and Beverage Manager

Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Manager to lead the Food & Beverage department within our luxury hospitality environment in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining the highest service standards, maximizing revenue, and leading a high-performing team across one or more F&B outlets.The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with extensive luxury hospitality experience, strong commercial awareness, and a commitment to delivering world-class dining experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage department, ensuring exceptional service standards at all times.Lead, motivate, and develop restaurant managers, supervisors, and service teams to achieve operational excellence.Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction by maintaining luxury hospitality standards and promptly resolving guest concerns.Work closely with the Executive Chef to develop menus, promotions, and seasonal dining experiences.Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service consistency across all outlets.Prepare and manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.Monitor revenue, labour costs, food costs, and other key performance indicators to maximize profitability.Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, food hygiene, and HACCP standards.Develop and implement staff training programs to enhance product knowledge, service skills, and leadership capabilities.Oversee recruitment, scheduling, performance management, and succession planning for the F&B team.Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, Events, and other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.Drive guest engagement initiatives and identify opportunities to increase sales and customer loyalty.Maintain inventory control and ensure efficient stock management.Ensure company policies, SOPs, and brand standards are consistently followed.Desired Candidate ProfileEducationBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or a related discipline.ExperienceMinimum 7–10 years of Food & Beverage management experience within luxury hotels or premium hospitality brands.Previous experience managing restaurants, bars, lounges, banquets, or multiple F&B outlets.Strong knowledge of luxury service standards and guest experience management.Language RequirementsFluent in English.Fluency in one of the following languages is mandatory:ItalianFrenchSpanishGreekRomanianSkills & CompetenciesStrong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proven experience in staff coaching and performance management.Strong financial management, budgeting, and cost-control skills.Commercial mindset with the ability to drive revenue and profitability.Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a multicultural and fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.BenefitsCompetitive tax-free salary package.Accommodation and transportation allowance.Medical insurance.Annual leave and UAE public holidays as per UAE Labour Law.Career growth opportunities within a luxury hospitality group.Ongoing training and professional development.
