Previous applicants do not need to re-apply, as their applications have already been reviewed and considered.A Leadership Opportunity in Luxury HospitalityThe Zanzibar Collection is an award-winning group of four boutique luxury hotels and resorts located along the pristine southeast coast of Zanzibar.We are seeking an accomplished and highly motivated Food & Beverage Manager to take responsibility for the overall F&B operation at one of our properties and help deliver exceptional, highly personalized dining experiences to our international clientele.This is an opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional who understands that luxury F&B is about far more than simply running outlets... it is about people, product, service, presentation, commercial performance and, ultimately, the guest experience.THE ROLEAs Food & Beverage Manager, you will take hands-on responsibility for the day-to-day operation and performance of the F&B department, working closely with the Executive Chef and senior management to ensure consistently high standards across all outlets.You will be expected to lead from the front, develop your team, maintain strong operational discipline and actively drive both guest satisfaction and departmental profitability.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee all F&B outlets and daily operations, ensuring consistently exceptional service standards
• Lead, coach and develop a diverse team, creating a culture of professionalism, accountability and genuine hospitality
• Maintain high standards across food, beverage, service, presentation and guest engagement
• Drive F&B revenue, profitability and cost control through effective commercial management
• Manage purchasing, stock control, wastage, labour costs and departmental budgets
• Work closely with the Executive Chef to develop menus, concepts and dining experiences
• Monitor guest feedback and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the overall F&B experience
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health and operational standardsWHO WE ARE LOOKING FORWe are looking for a hands-on F&B professional who enjoys being visible, engaging with guests and leading their team from the floor.✔ Minimum 3–5 years' management experience within a high-end 5-star hotel, luxury resort or comparable international hospitality operation✔ Degree or Higher Diploma in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management or a related discipline✔ Proven experience managing multiple F&B outlets and leading a sizeable team✔ Strong commercial understanding of F&B cost control, budgeting, stock management and profitability✔ Excellent knowledge of food, wine, beverages and contemporary service standards✔ Confident, engaging and professional personality with exceptional guest-facing skills✔ Strong leadership and people-development capabilities✔ Experience with MICROS, Symphony and/or OPERA will be an advantage✔ Excellent English communication skills; additional languages and/or Swahili are advantageousREMUNERATION & BENEFITS
• USD 1,850 – 2,200 per month, dependent on experience
