Team members contribute to a culture focused on creating memorable stays and fostering genuine connections with guests.Role Description The Food and Beverage Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Wheeling, WV, responsible for overseeing daily operations across the resort’s food and beverage outlets. This role includes managing staff scheduling and performance, ensuring high-quality food service, and maintaining consistently excellent guest experiences. The manager will handle inventory control, coordinate with kitchen and bar teams, monitor compliance with health and safety standards, and support menu execution. Additional responsibilities include managing budgets, tracking revenue, implementing cost-control measures, and contributing to service training programs and operational improvements.Qualifications Strong knowledge of Food Service and Food & Beverage operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house coordination.Demonstrated Customer Service skills with a commitment to delivering warm, attentive, and professional guest experiences.Experience in Training team members, including onboarding, coaching, and reinforcing service standards.Ability to manage Budgeting tasks such as forecasting, cost control, and basic financial reporting.Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality or restaurant environments.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by resort operations.High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
