About the CompanyThis employer is a well-established F&B management company specializing in the operation and management of large-scale food courts, food stalls, and restaurant chain stores.About the JobLooking for a F&B Operations Manager who oversee the daily operations of the shopping mall’s food court, ensuring smooth operations, quality service, tenant satisfaction, and compliance with food safety standards. The role will lead the F&B team, monitor sales and operational performance, and drive improvements to enhance customer experience and achieve business targetsWorking location: Klang Valley and willing to travel between Klang ValleyJob Responsibilities:Oversee the daily operations of the shopping mall’s food court, ensuring quality, service, and customer satisfaction.Manage food court tenants/vendors and maintain positive relationships while addressing operational concerns.Lead, supervise, train, and motivate the F&B team to ensure effective performance and service delivery.Monitor sales performance, budgets, costs, productivity, and staff performance to achieve business targets.Ensure compliance with food safety, health, hygiene, and operational standards.Handle customer complaints and operational issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.Review operations and identify improvements to enhance efficiency, customer experience, and overall food court performance.Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in Food & Beverage, Restaurant, Food Court, or Hospitality OperationsStrong leadership, people management, and problem-solving abilities.Diploma or bachelor’s degree is preferred. Candidates with extensive relevant industry experience are encouraged to apply.Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and cost controlAbility to communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.Possess own transport and be willing to travel between Klang Valley.What’s on offer:Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in F&B retail operationsCompetitive remuneration (overall package up to RM 8,000/month)
