Current major projects are primarily in the UAE, with planned expansion into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Kingdom.Hiring - RE Posting Hamptons Cafe & Restaurant is seeking an Operations Manager – Food & Beverage (F&B) background having with an experiences in Restaurants, Cafes and Fine Dining for a full-time role based in Dubai, UAE.Directs Reports to: Chief Executive OfficerJob Profile: The Operations Manager – F&B is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of food and beverage outlets/ Cafés / Restaurants, ensuring operational excellence, profitability, customer satisfaction, and compliance with quality, safety, and maintain brand standards. This role leads multiple teams and staffs approximate 150 with 4 Outlets, optimizes processes of Operations, control costs, and drives continuous improvement across all F&B outlets operations.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Service Excellence· Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets (restaurants, cafés, kitchens, bars, banquets).· Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food, beverages, and service standards.· Implement and monitor SOPs to maintain operational efficiency and brand compliance.· Resolve operational issues and (in case) guest complaints promptly and professionally.Financial & Cost Control · Manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L for F&B operations.· Control food, beverage, and Manpower costs while maintaining quality standards.· Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.· Approve vendor contracts and negotiate pricing with suppliers.People Management · Recruit, train, and develop the Branch Managers quality and operational staffs.· Set performance goals, conduct evaluations, and implement corrective actions.· Foster a positive, high-performance culture focused on teamwork and accountability.· Ensure adequate staffing levels and effective shift scheduling.Quality, Safety & Compliance· Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and local laws.· Conduct regular audits of kitchens, storage, and service areas.· Enforce health, safety, and sanitation policies at all times.· Ensure licenses and certifications are valid and up to date.Strategy & Continuous Improvement · Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business goals.· Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost savings, and innovation.· Collaborate with marketing on promotions, menus, and special events.· Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain competitiveness.Key Performance Indicators (KPI)· Revenue growth and profitability· Food & beverage cost percentage· Manpower cost and productivity· Customer satisfaction and guest feedback scores· Compliance and audit results· Staff turnover and engagement levelsQualifications & Experience· Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).· Minimum 10 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 3 to 5 years in a managerial role.· Strong understanding of restaurant and hospitality operations.· Proven experience managing budgets and large teams.Skills & Competencies· Strong leadership and people management skills· Excellent operational and financial acumen· Customer-focused mindset· Problem-solving and decision-making ability· Strong communication and interpersonal skills· Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environmentWorking Conditions· Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays· On-site presence across multiple restaurants, cafés or F&B outlets· Physically active role with regular floor supervision
