As one of the youngest and most data-focused hospitality consulting teams in the region, the company emphasizes innovation, efficiency, and guest-centric service.Role Description The Food and Beverage Server is a full-time, hybrid role based in Suryodaya Municipality, with some flexibility for work-from-home tasks such as documentation or online training. On-site responsibilities include welcoming guests, presenting menus, taking food and beverage orders, and serving dishes and drinks in a timely, courteous manner. The role involves coordinating with kitchen and bar staff, ensuring orders are accurate, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the service area, and following hygiene and safety standards. The server supports a high level of customer service by responding to guest requests, resolving minor issues, and promoting special items or offerings. Administrative tasks may include basic reporting, online communication, and participation in virtual team meetings or training sessions.Qualifications Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills, with a friendly and professional approach to guests.Hands-on experience or training in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations, including order taking, serving, and basic product knowledge.Effective Communication skills for interacting with guests, colleagues, and supervisors, both in person and via digital channels.Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment, managing multiple tables and priorities while maintaining accuracy and composure.Basic understanding of food safety, hygiene practices, and local health regulations.High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in restaurants, hotels, or cafes is preferred but not mandatory.Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required, with reliable punctuality and time management.Comfort with hybrid work arrangements, including attending on-site shifts in Suryodaya Municipality and completing occasional tasks from home.
