Applicants can expect to be part of a team dedicated to heritage, high-end service, and the art of refined living.Role Description The Food and Beverage Service Intern will support daily operations in the hotel’s dining outlets, including restaurants, bars, and banquet areas. This internship role is on-site and based in Budhanilkantha. Responsibilities include assisting with guest seating, taking orders under supervision, serving food and beverages, and ensuring tables and service areas are clean and well-presented. The intern will help with menu knowledge, handling basic guest inquiries, coordinating with kitchen staff, and following hygiene and safety standards. The role also involves learning standard operating procedures, supporting special events, and contributing to a welcoming and professional guest experience.Qualifications Interest in food and beverage service, hospitality operations, and guest-facing roles.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a courteous and professional demeanor.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage time effectively, and follow instructions accurately.Basic knowledge of customer service principles and willingness to learn hotel service standards.Enrolled in or recently completed a hospitality, tourism, or related program is preferred.Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by hotel operations.Commitment to maintaining high standards of personal grooming, hygiene, and professional behavior.Prior internship or part-time experience in hospitality or service industries is an advantage but not mandatory.
