Food and Beverage Specialist

Key Responsibilities• Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service• Accurately take food and beverage orders• Serve food and beverages according to luxury and fine-dining standards• Anticipate individual guest preferences and respond promptly to special requests• Maintain excellent knowledge of menu items, ingredients, allergens, and beverage offerings• Ensure tables, dining areas, and service equipment are impeccably prepared and maintained• Handle guest feedback and concerns professionally and discreetly• Coordinate effectively with culinary and service teams to ensure timely service• Follow all food safety, hygiene, grooming, and operational standards• Maintain strict confidentiality when serving high-profile guestsRequirements• Diploma or relevant qualification in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or a related field is preferred• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in luxury hotels, fine-dining restaurants, or other high-end hospitality environments• Strong knowledge of luxury service standards, table etiquette, and food and beverage procedures• Good understanding of food allergens, hygiene standards, and safe food handling• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Professional appearance with a high standard of personal grooming• Ability to remain composed, attentive, and discreet in a fast-paced environment• Strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate guest needs• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and extended hours when required• Ability to communicate effectively in English; Arabic or another language is an advantage• Experience using POS systems is preferredKey CompetenciesLuxury Guest Service • Fine Dining • Personalized Service • Menu Knowledge • Guest Relations • Professional Etiquette • Attention to Detail • Complaint Handling • Teamwork • Multitasking • Discretion and ConfidentialityIf you are passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences and meet the above requirements, we invite you to apply through LinkedIn.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
