The role drives sales, maintains brand standards, and ensures the branch achieves its financial and operational targets while creating a positive customer experience.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, shift management, and performance oversight.Candidates should possess knowledge of Service Standards and Food Service practices to ensure consistent quality and compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Communication skills to handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and collaborate effectively with team members.Experience in restaurant or hotel F&B operations, preferably in a supervisory role.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with basic POS systems and inventory procedures is an advantage.
