As the company has grown, it has developed new ways to share flavors and connect coffee-loving communities across India.Role Description The Food and Beverage Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based at Roastery Coffee House in Hyderabad. This role oversees daily café operations, ensuring high service standards, smooth food and beverage service, and a welcoming environment for guests. Responsibilities include supervising front-of-house staff, organizing shifts, guiding team members, and monitoring product quality and presentation. The supervisor coordinates inventory for food and coffee supplies, supports adherence to hygiene and safety regulations, and helps resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally. The role also involves communicating menu offerings, supporting promotional activities, and collaborating with management to improve processes and guest experience.Qualifications Strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, shift management, and staff training.Experience in food service operations with a focus on quality, hygiene, and consistency.Commitment to high service standards and guest experience in a café or restaurant setting.Customer service skills, including conflict resolution and guest engagement.Clear and professional communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.Previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality, preferably in a café or specialty coffee environment.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by operations.Basic knowledge of coffee, beverages, and café menu items; willingness to learn more about specialty coffee.Organizational skills and attention to detail in managing inventory, orders, and daily checklists.Formal education in hospitality or restaurant management is an advantage but not mandatory.
