looking for a Food, Beverage & Gift Preparation Specialist to join Lazizz Signature in Dubai on a full-time, on-site basis.This is a hands-on and varied role suited to someone who enjoys food preparation, coffee and drinks, beautiful presentation, gifting, customer interaction, and bringing creative ideas to life.The successful candidate will prepare and present Lazizz food and beverage offerings, assemble premium gift boxes and trays, support customer and corporate orders, maintain product quality and hygiene standards, and contribute ideas for new menu items, seasonal products, displays, and social-media content.The role requires someone who is comfortable moving between the café counter, food-preparation area, gifting workstation, customer service, stock handling, and general shop operations while maintaining the quality and attention to detail expected from the Lazizz Signature brand.Key ResponsibilitiesGift & Product PreparationPrepare Lazizz Signature gift boxes, stuffed-date selections, trays, and other products, including arranging, packing, wrapping, sealing, labeling, and final presentation.Handle customized individual and corporate gifting requests while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and an attractive premium finish.Food & Dessert PreparationPrepare and serve sandwiches, croissants, wraps, light meals, Kashta, Bouza Arabeyye, Knefeh, desserts, and other café-style foods and sweets.Ensure appropriate portions, freshness, taste, garnishing, and presentation according to approved standards.Coffee, Mocktails & Specialty DrinksPrepare and serve espresso-based coffee, Turkish coffee, Arabic coffee, tea, hot chocolate, iced beverages, sodas, mocktails, and signature drinks.Confidently work with syrups, sauces, fruits, spices, garnishes, and other ingredients to create attractive and consistently prepared beverages.Menu Creativity & Product DevelopmentContribute ideas for new drinks, desserts, sandwiches, combinations, seasonal specials, gifting concepts, and product presentations.Support product trials and help turn approved ideas into repeatable recipes and presentation standards.Creativity is encouraged, but consistency in taste, portion, quality, and presentation is essential.Customer Service, POS & OrdersWelcome customers warmly, understand their requirements, explain products and gifting options, and make relevant recommendations.Process in-store and online/mobile orders accurately through the POS system and support appropriate cross-selling and upselling.Assist customers with customized gift requests and help create a positive and memorable Lazizz Signature experience.Corporate Gifting SupportAssist with the preparation, assembly, packaging, and coordination of larger corporate gifting orders.Follow customer specifications carefully and ensure quantities, products, packaging, labeling, and presentation are accurate before delivery or collection.Stock, Freshness & Wastage ControlSupport receiving, organizing, replenishing, and monitoring stock.Follow FIFO, expiry-date, storage, temperature, and freshness requirements, and promptly identify shortages, damaged items, quality concerns, or potential wastage.Help maintain appropriate stock levels for daily operations and upcoming orders.Hygiene & Food SafetyMaintain high standards of personal hygiene, food handling, cleaning, sanitization, and safe storage.Keep preparation areas, equipment, utensils, refrigerators, counters, and gifting workstations clean, organized, and ready for use.Follow Lazizz Signature procedures and applicable food-safety requirements at all times.Daily Shop OperationsSupport opening and closing activities, mise-en-place, cleaning, restocking, product displays, order preparation, and general shop organization.Work flexibly across different responsibilities during busy periods and help maintain a welcoming, clean, and well-presented environment.Social Media & Content SupportHelp capture attractive photos, short videos, Reels, Stories, and behind-the-scenes content featuring drinks, food preparation, gifting, new products, and the Lazizz Signature experience.Candidates who are comfortable using Instagram, TikTok, Canva, CapCut, or similar photography/video/content tools will have a strong advantage.Candidate RequirementsFriendly, positive, proactive, presentable, creative, organized, and dependable.Genuine interest in food, beverages, gifting, presentation, and hospitality.Practical food-preparation skills with good attention to taste, portioning, garnishing, and visual presentation.Strong customer-service skills and confidence interacting with guests.Good attention to detail, particularly when preparing premium gift boxes, trays, and customized orders.Ability to follow recipes, procedures, hygiene requirements, and presentation standards consistently.Able to work efficiently during busy periods and move comfortably between different shop responsibilities.Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing normal café and retail duties.Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays when required by the business.Good spoken and written English is essential.Arabic and/or Russian language ability is an advantage.Previous food-preparation or food-hygiene experience is preferred.Previous barista, café, confectionery, bakery, dessert, hospitality, or gifting experience is a strong advantage.Experience with social media, photography, short-form video, or content creation is a major plus.Candidate must have appropriate legal UAE residency/work status during the recruitment and probation process.
