Food Export Sales & Operations Manager

We’re looking for a hands-on professional with experience in food trading and exports to develop sales, build buyer and supplier relationships, and coordinate transactions from inquiry through shipment.Key responsibilitiesFind and develop overseas buyers, qualify inquiries and convert opportunities into orders.Source food products and negotiate supplier prices, specifications and commercial terms.Prepare quotations and calculate freight, delivered costs and profit margins.Coordinate orders, export documentation, freight forwarders and shipment schedules.Follow up with customers on delivery, payments and repeat business.Help management identify commercially viable products and export markets.What we’re looking forProven sales or export experience with a food exporter, producer or trading company.Practical knowledge of food products, export markets and international trade procedures.Demonstrated buyer-development ability and experience working with suppliers.Sound understanding of Incoterms, payment terms, export costing and documentation.Strong negotiation, organization and follow-up skills.Professional Arabic and English communication; comfortable using Excel.Experience in smaller exporters or trading businesses is welcome. Strong senior export-sales executives ready to step into an assistant-manager role are encouraged to apply.
