Working closely with nutritionists, chefs, and technology specialists, PrepHero provides freshly prepared, clean, and healthy food delivered straight to customers’ doors. Role Description The Food Packer role at PrepHero is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. In this role, the Food Packer carefully portions and packs meals according to set recipes, nutritional guidelines, and portion sizes, ensuring each order matches the daily production schedule and customer specifications. Responsibilities include labeling and sealing containers, checking packaging for accuracy and quality, and organizing completed orders for delivery dispatch. The Food Packer maintains a clean, hygienic, and safe work area, follows food safety and handling procedures, and collaborates with kitchen and logistics teams to meet production timelines. This role also involves monitoring inventory of packaging materials, reporting issues or shortages, and contributing to overall efficiency in the meal preparation process.QualificationsAbility to follow detailed instructions, recipes, and portion guidelines with strong attention to detail and quality control.Experience in food handling or packaging, with knowledge of basic food safety, hygiene practices, and temperature control.Good physical stamina and capability to stand for extended periods, lift and move boxes or trays, and work in a fast-paced environment.Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple orders, meet production targets, and maintain a tidy workstation.Basic literacy and numeracy skills for reading labels, checking order details, and counting portions or units.Willingness to work on-site in Dubai and adhere to all company health, safety, and hygiene standards.
