The company partners with nutritionists, chefs, and technology professionals to create tailored meal plans for weight loss, muscle gain, and overall wellness. Role Description The Food Packer role at PrepHero is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, the Food Packer is responsible for accurately portioning, packaging, and labeling meals according to PrepHero’s standards and specific meal plans. Daily tasks include checking ingredients and finished meals for quality, following hygiene and food safety procedures, and ensuring packaging areas are clean and organized. The Food Packer works closely with kitchen and logistics teams to prepare orders for timely delivery, including arranging meals in boxes, verifying order details, and preparing items for dispatch. The role also involves following written and verbal instructions, maintaining consistency in portion sizes, and reporting any issues with products or packaging to supervisors.QualificationsExperience in food handling and packing, with strong attention to detail and portion accuracy.Knowledge of basic food safety, hygiene practices, and cleanliness in a kitchen or production environment.Ability to follow instructions, read labels and order sheets, and maintain organized workstations.Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move boxes, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.Good teamwork and communication skills for coordinating with kitchen, nutrition, and delivery teams.Previous experience in meal prep, catering, or food production is an advantage.Willingness to work scheduled shifts, including weekends or peak periods as needed.Basic English language skills; additional languages commonly spoken in the UAE are a plus.
