Food Packer

Job Role: Pack, label, and prepare finished food products for distribution, meeting daily output targets while maintaining full compliance with food safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Pack finished products into cartons, trays, or pouches as per specificationWeigh, label, and apply correct batch, production, and expiry codesInspect each unit for defects, leaks, or damaged packaging before dispatchOperate basic packaging equipment (sealers, scales, labelers)Follow GMP / HACCP food safety and hygiene procedures at all timesWear required PPE and maintain a clean, organized workstationStack finished goods on pallets and move to the staging areaReport quality, hygiene, or equipment issues to the supervisor immediately
