Role Description The Food Packer Team Leader is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for overseeing the packing operations for PrepHero’s daily meal production. This role coordinates and supervises a team of food packers, ensuring that meals are accurately portioned, correctly labeled, and packed according to quality, hygiene, and safety standards. The Team Leader organizes work schedules, assigns tasks, monitors productivity, and resolves day-to-day operational issues to keep packing workflows efficient and timely. The role involves close collaboration with kitchen, quality control, and logistics teams to maintain consistency in orders, minimize errors, and support on-time delivery. The Team Leader also trains new team members, reinforces standard operating procedures, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives within the packing area.QualificationsExperience supervising teams in food packing, food production, catering, or a similar operational environment.Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and basic quality control practices within a food-handling facility.Strong organizational, time management, and coordination skills to manage shift schedules and high-volume packing tasks.Attention to detail and accuracy in portioning, labeling, order checking, and documentation.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, stand for extended periods, and perform manual tasks in a fast-paced environment.
