As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an energetic, reliable, and hard-working Food Production Associate to join our production team.If you take pride in producing high-quality products, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of a company making a positive impact, we’d love to hear from you.What You’ll DoAs a Food Production Associate, you’ll play an important role in producing and packaging our growing line of healthy snacks. Your responsibilities will include:Assisting with all aspects of food production, including ingredient preparation, mixing, baking, manufacturing, packaging, and labelling.Producing our current product line, including multiple flavours of Grain-Free Granola and Granola Snack Bites, with exciting new products launching soon.Performing quality control checks, lot coding, and ingredient inventory management.Maintaining exceptional food safety, cleanliness, and organization throughout the production facility.Preparing, palletizing, and staging orders for shipment.Receiving and organizing incoming deliveries.Supporting the production team with other duties as required.What We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for someone who is:Positive, enthusiastic, and takes pride in doing great work.Reliable, dependable, and punctual with a strong attendance record.Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to learn.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.Able to stand for 8-10 hour shifts.Physically capable of lifting 15-50 lbs.Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to cleanliness, food safety, and quality.Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and consistency.Organized with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Proficient with basic math and comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Excel.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Minimum one year of experience in food production, manufacturing, culinary, or a related industry.Experience operating food production or packaging equipment is considered an asset.Experience working in a commercial-scale food production environment is preferred.Passion for healthy food, organic products, or the natural food industry is an asset.Why Join Rawcology?At Rawcology, you’ll be joining a company that is growing quickly while staying true to its values.
