Food Runner

We are seeking energetic, service-oriented, and detail-focused Food Runners to play a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience. Working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams, you will ensure every dish reaches the right guest quickly, and accurately.Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the correct tables promptly and accuratelyVerify each order before leaving the kitchen to ensure accuracy, presentation, and quality standards are metCommunicate effectively with chefs, captains, waiters, and hostesses to ensure smooth serviceDescribe dishes to guests when required and answer basic menu questions confidentlyAssist waitstaff with table service, including serving food, clearing plates, refilling water, and resetting tables when neededEnsure food is delivered at the correct temperature and presented according to brand standardsMonitor guest needs during service and promptly communicate requests to the appropriate team memberMaintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, pass areas, and dining areasFollow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all timesAssist with opening and closing duties, including polishing cutlery, stocking service stations, and preparing dining areasSupport the restaurant team during busy service periods to maintain an exceptional guest experienceUphold standards of hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detailRequirements2+ years experience as a Food Runner or Waiter in a luxury fine-dinning restaurant or hotel setting. Experience in premium dining, luxury hospitality, or high-volume restaurants is requiredFluent English communication skills are required.
