Food Safety & Quality Executive / Food Safety Supervisor

The Draft is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Food Safety & Quality Executive / Food Safety Supervisor to join our team at Bijoypur/Gankar, Raghunathganj-I, Murshidabad, West Bengal.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with FSSAI regulations, FSMS and food-safety standards.Monitor production hygiene, sanitation, cleaning and pest-control activities.Conduct food-handler training and maintain hygiene awareness.Inspect raw materials, packaging materials and suppliers.Coordinate food and water testing and maintain quality records.Maintain batch records, traceability and product recall systems.Ensure accurate and compliant food labelling.Conduct and support internal and external food-safety audits.Identify non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).Drive continuous improvement in food safety and quality systems.🔹 Candidate Profile2–5 years of relevant experience preferred.Experience in Bakery, Food Manufacturing, Food Processing or Restaurant QA will be an advantage.Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology or a related discipline.FoSTAC certification required/preferred.Bakery/Food Manufacturing certification will be strongly preferred.Strong understanding of HACCP, GMP, GHP, sanitation and food-safety practices.Good documentation, communication and inspection skills.Willingness to work full-time at the specified location.
