Food Safety & Regulatory Compliance Engineer**Key Responsibilities:*** Review food products, labels, ingredients, formulations, and technical documents against GCC and international regulatory requirements.* Assess product compliance and identify gaps related to labeling, ingredients, claims, specifications, and supporting documents.* Prepare and review technical files, product specifications, CoA, test reports, and compliance documents.* Support food product registration, notification, approval, and market access processes with relevant authorities.* Coordinate with clients, manufacturers, laboratories, suppliers, and regulatory authorities to resolve technical and compliance matters.* Prepare clear technical assessments, compliance reports, and internal recommendations while ensuring timely project follow-up.**Required Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Food Science, Food Technology, Food Safety, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.* 1–3 years of experience in food safety, food manufacturing, regulatory affairs, product registration, quality assurance, or compliance.* Good understanding of food labeling requirements, ingredient assessment, food safety standards, and technical documentation.* Familiarity with GCC food regulations, product registration platforms, and authority requirements is a strong advantage.* Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
