Our growing portfolio includes Al Safadi Restaurants, Oventine, and Table 25, with exciting new hospitality concepts and retail brands currently in development.As we continue to expand, we are looking for a passionate and guest-focused Server (Waiter/Waitress) to join our front-of-house team and help deliver the warm, memorable dining experiences our brand is known for.Role DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and personable Server to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing attentive, professional table service that reflects our commitment to authentic Lebanese hospitality. This role requires strong guest-service skills, product knowledge, and the ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.QualificationsExperience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a server/waiter/waitress in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality group.Education: High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or F&B training is a plus.Guest Service: Hands-on experience greeting guests, taking food and beverage orders, and delivering attentive, personalized table service.Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of menu items, ingredients, and the ability to make recommendations and upsell confidently.Service Standards: Ability to follow standardized service sequences, table setup, and presentation standards while maintaining consistency and quality.Food Safety: Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.Operational Skills: Experience working in a high-volume service environment with the ability to manage multiple tables efficiently and handle POS transactions accurately.Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and a positive team-oriented attitude.
