This role involves welcoming guests, taking food and beverage orders, serving meals and drinks, and ensuring that each guest has a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience. Day-to-day tasks include setting up and clearing tables, presenting menu items, coordinating with kitchen staff, and maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards in dining areas. The Food Server will also provide information about dishes and ingredients, respond to guest requests and feedback, and support special events or outdoor dining setups as needed. Collaboration with the broader hospitality team is essential to deliver consistent, high-quality service that reflects DOOLWA’s values.Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with guests and colleagues.Experience in food service and food & beverage operations, including serving meals, managing orders, and following hygiene standards.Basic cooking or kitchen assistance skills, with an understanding of food safety and willingness to support kitchen staff during busy periods.Ability to work on-site in the Mustang District, including flexible hours, weekends, and holidays as required by guest demand.Attention to detail, reliability, and the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.Prior experience in resorts, camps, or hospitality settings is an advantage.Knowledge of local culture and languages is beneficial for enhancing guest interactions.High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional training in hospitality or food service is a plus.
