Food Server

We are seeking a professional, service-oriented, and well-presented Waiter/Waitress to provide exceptional hospitality within our Headquarter Showroom environment. The successful candidate will ensure guests, clients, and visitors receive a premium beverage and refreshments service experience while maintaining the highest standards of presentation and customer care. The Waiter/Waitress will be responsible for serving refreshments, maintaining hospitality areas, supporting client meetings and events, and contributing to a welcoming and professional showroom atmosphere that reflects the company's standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

Attend guests warmly and provide courteous, attentive service.Prepare and serve beverages, refreshments, and light snacks to clients, visitors, and staff as required.Ensure meeting rooms, client lounges, and hospitality areas are prepared and presented to company standards.Take beverage and refreshment orders accurately and serve them promptly.Monitor guest satisfaction and respond professionally to requests and inquiries.Maintain cleanliness and organization of pantry, serving areas, coffee stations, and hospitality facilities.Ensure adequate stock levels of beverages, snacks, consumables, and serving supplies.Arrangehospitality services for client meetings, management gatherings, VIP visits, and showroom events.Set up and clear tables before and after meetings or events.Follow hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards at all times.Coordinate with reception and showroom teams to ensure guests receive a seamless hospitality experience.Report inventory shortages, equipment issues, and maintenance requirements to management.Support special events, launches, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities as required.Ensure all hospitality equipment is properly maintained and stored after use.
