Food Server

Waiter4-Star Hotel | Dubai, UAEWe are seeking a professional, friendly, and service-oriented Waiter to join the Food & Beverage team of a 4-star hotel in Dubai.The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent dining experiences, providing attentive service, and ensuring that all guests receive a high standard of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.Serve food and drinks according to the hotel's service standards.Have a good knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and available beverages.Provide recommendations and respond to guest requests professionally.Ensure tables and service areas are clean, organized, and properly set at all times.Coordinate with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and report them to the supervisor when necessary.Follow all hygiene, health, safety, and hotel service standards.Support the wider Food & Beverage team when required.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a hotel, restaurant, or similar hospitality environment.Experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel is preferred.Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards.Excellent communication and customer service skills.A professional, well-groomed, and positive personality.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.Package:Salary - AED 1,000Meal Allowance - AED 200Service Charge - providedAccommodation - providedTransportation - provided
