Team members join a growing brand that takes pride in both food and hospitality.Role Description The Food Server role is a full-time, on-site position based at Rubino’s in Alexandria, Egypt. The Food Server is responsible for welcoming guests, presenting menus, answering questions about dishes, and taking accurate food and beverage orders. Daily tasks include serving meals and drinks, checking on guests throughout their visit, handling special requests, and ensuring tables are set, clean, and organized. The Food Server works closely with the kitchen and other team members to deliver orders promptly, maintain high service standards, and support a friendly, professional dining environment. Additional responsibilities may include processing payments, managing reservations or wait lists, and assisting with opening and closing duties as needed.Qualifications Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.Experience or familiarity with food & beverage or food service operations, preferably in a restaurant setting.Clear and professional communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.Basic understanding of cooking or food preparation concepts to describe menu items accurately.Ability to work on-site in Alexandria, Egypt, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and willingness to learn about Italian cuisine.Previous serving experience is an advantage, but motivated candidates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
