WE’RE HIRING: SERVER :COOKIE DEALER JVC 🍪Location: JVC, DubaiPosition: Full-Time ServerStart Date: ImmediateCookie Dealer is expanding to JVC, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and customer-focused Server to join our team!We’re looking for someone with excellent people skills, a passion for food and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This role is more than just serving customers. you’ll be responsible for creating an excellent customer experience while preparing and presenting our desserts to the highest standard.Key Responsibilities* Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming experience for every customer.* Prepare, assemble and serve desserts to Cookie Dealer’s quality and presentation standards.* Maintain excellent knowledge of our menu, ingredients and products.* Work independently and confidently during busy trading periods.* Handle customer orders, payments and enquiries efficiently.* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kiosk at all times.* Follow all food safety, hygiene and operational procedures.* Ensure stock is monitored and replenished as required.* Take ownership of the kiosk and maintain high standards throughout every shift.What We’re Looking For* Previous experience in hospitality, food service or customer-facing roles is preferred.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Strong knowledge and understanding of food, ingredients and food handling.* Ability to work independently in a busy environment.* A proactive, responsible and positive attitude.* High attention to detail, particularly when preparing and presenting desserts.* Someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys interacting with customers.* Must be available to start immediately.What We Offer* Fixed monthly salary with additional earning potential through performance-based targets.* Employment visa provided.* Health insurance provided.* Full training at our Creek Harbour branch before the JVC kiosk opening.* Opportunity to grow with an expanding Dubai dessert brand.Important: Successful candidates must attend mandatory training at our Creek Harbour branch prior to the JVC opening.If you’re passionate about food, love working with people and can take ownership of a busy kiosk, we’d love to hear from you!Apply now and become part of the Cookie Dealer team!
