The Food Server will welcome guests, present menus, take food and beverage orders, and serve meals accurately and promptly in the restaurant, banquet hall, poolside venue, and event spaces. This role includes setting up and clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness in service areas, and coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure timely and high-quality service. The Food Server will handle guest inquiries, support special event setups, follow food safety and hygiene standards, and assist with billing and payment processes as needed. The position requires working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to support hotel and event operations.Qualifications Strong customer service and guest relations skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.Experience or familiarity with food & beverage and food service operations in restaurants, hotels, or banquet venues.Clear and polite communication skills, including the ability to understand and relay orders accurately.Basic knowledge of cooking or food preparation processes is an advantage, to better understand menu items and service timing.Ability to work on one’s feet for extended periods and lift or carry trays and service equipment safely.Attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in line with hotel policies.Previous experience in hospitality or event service is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training may be provided.Willingness to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.Basic literacy and numeracy skills
