Job DescriptionWe are seeking professional, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Food Servers (Waiters/Waitresses) to join our growing restaurant and café group in Kuwait.The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a high-standard hospitality environment.Key Responsibilities* Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service.* Present menus, explain dishes, and recommend food and beverages.* Accurately take and serve food and beverage orders.* Maintain high standards of dining etiquette, grooming, and personal hygiene.* Ensure tables and service stations are clean, organized, and properly prepared.* Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.* Coordinate effectively with kitchen, barista, and service teams.* Follow company SOPs, food safety standards, and service procedures.* Support daily restaurant operations and maintain guest satisfaction.Requirements* Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant, café, hotel, or hospitality establishment.* Good English communication and interpersonal skills.* Strong customer service skills and professional presentation.* Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.* Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.* Flexibility to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
