Key Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a warm, welcoming mannerTake food and beverage orders accurately and efficientlyServe dishes and drinks to guests with professionalism and attention to detailMaintain cleanliness and organization of service areasEnsure guests’ needs are met promptly and courteously throughout their visitCollaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operationsFollow company service standards and hygiene protocols at all timesQualifications & Requirements:Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel F&B outlet preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skillsPositive attitude, team spirit, and high level of personal groomingAbility to work under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility to work shifts, split shifts, weekends, and holidays as requiredFluency in English is a must; additional languages are a plus
