The Food Server will welcome guests, present menus, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages in a timely, professional manner. Responsibilities include setting and clearing tables, ensuring cleanliness and proper table settings, coordinating with kitchen and bar teams, and following all hygiene and safety standards. The role also involves responding to guest inquiries, handling special requests, and supporting in-room dining and event service as needed. The Food Server is expected to uphold the brand’s luxury service standards, maintain a courteous demeanor, and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.QualificationsStrong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and professional hospitality.Knowledge of food & beverage offerings and basic food service procedures, including table setting and serving etiquette.Clear communication skills in Arabic; basic English language skills are an advantage.Basic cooking or food-handling awareness to coordinate effectively with kitchen staff and understand menu items.Prior experience in hotel, restaurant, or luxury hospitality service is preferred.Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, and stand for extended periods.Understanding of hygiene, safety, and food handling regulations.
