Key Responsibilities

Deliver food orders to the correct tables promptly and accuratelyEnsure correct presentation of dishes before leaving the kitchenCommunicate clearly with servers and kitchen team about any delays or issuesProvide guests with basic descriptions of dishes when neededAssist in clearing and resetting tables during and after serviceSupport the service team with water refills, condiments, or additional cutleryHandle hot plates, trays, and food with care and proper safety measuresMaintain cleanliness and organization in the service pass and dining areaFollow hygiene and safety protocols throughout the shiftSkills & Qualifications:Prior experience in a food runner or service support role preferredAbility to withstand outdoor summer seasonKnowledge of specialty coffee Strong attention to detail and ability to multitaskGood communication and coordination skillsEnergetic, reliable, and service-orientedPhysically fit to carry trays and walk long distances during busy service
