Food Service Sales Director

About the OpportunityA leading FMCG food distribution company is seeking an experienced Food Service Sales Director to lead and accelerate its Food Service and HORECA business across Saudi Arabia. This role owns the business end-to-end, from identifying and converting commercial opportunities to contract negotiations, execution excellence, account development, and overall P&L delivery. If you have a strong track record in Food Service sales, strategic account management, and building profitable growth within the KSA market, we would like to hear from you.What You'll DoOwn the Food Service business across KSA, including revenue, profitability, customer growth, and execution.Develop and execute the national HORECA and Food Service channel strategy.Lead business development efforts, identify new opportunities, and convert customer requirements into sustainable business.Manage key account contracts, tenders, pricing, negotiations, margins, credit terms, and customer profitability.Build and strengthen relationships with major QSRs, restaurant groups, catering companies, hotels, and strategic Food Service operators.Oversee onboarding, forecasting, product availability, service levels, and execution excellence across key accounts.Lead performance reviews, market visits, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver business results.Build, develop, and lead a high-performing Food Service organization.What We're Looking For15+ years of Food Service sales experience, including at least 5 years managing food products sales.Strong experience within FMCG distributors managing multi-category food portfolios.Proven relationships with major Food Service customers across Saudi Arabia.Demonstrated success in business development, strategic account acquisition, and commercial negotiations.Strong P&L ownership, financial acumen, and commercial decision-making capabilities.Bachelor's degree from a reputable university; MBA is desirable.Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.Why Apply?This is a high-visibility leadership opportunity to shape the future of a growing Food Service business, lead strategic customer partnerships, and make a significant impact on commercial performance across Saudi Arabia.
