If you enjoy staying busy, learning multiple skills, and being part of a tight-knit team, we'd love to meet you.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position based in Nashville, TN.Working in a food trailer is different than working in a traditional restaurant. The space is small, the pace is fast, and the kitchen gets hot—especially during Tennessee summers. We work shoulder-to-shoulder through busy lunch and dinner rushes, and every team member is expected to jump in wherever they're needed.This is a fully cross-trained position.
