Sales Executive – Food Distribution

Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaWe are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing food distribution business in Riyadh.The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, expanding the customer base, generating sales, and maintaining strong relationships with customers across the foodservice and retail sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers across restaurants, cafés, catering companies, supermarkets, groceries, and other relevant channels.* Conduct regular field visits and actively develop new sales opportunities.* Present company products and services to potential customers and negotiate commercial terms.* Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and new-customer acquisition targets.* Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.* Follow up on quotations, samples, customer inquiries, and potential opportunities until closure.* Coordinate with the Key Account, operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and order fulfillment.* Monitor competitors, market pricing, customer demand, and new opportunities.* Maintain accurate records of customer visits, opportunities, orders, and sales activities through the company’s CRM/ERP system.* Provide regular sales activity and performance reports to management.* Support the introduction and distribution of new food products in the Saudi market.

Requirements

• Previous experience in FMCG, food distribution, foodservice, HoReCa, or retail sales is highly preferred.* Strong experience in field sales and business development.* Good understanding of the Riyadh market and customer network is an advantage.* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.* Target-oriented with a strong ability to generate new business.* Ability to work independently and organize daily customer visits effectively.* Comfortable using CRM/ERP systems and reporting sales activities.* Arabic and English communication skills are preferred.* Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.What We Are Looking For:We are particularly interested in candidates who are proactive, commercially driven, and capable of building business from the ground up rather than depending only on existing accounts.The position offers an opportunity to grow within an expanding food distribution company operating across retail, foodservice, cold-chain distribution, and related services.Applying your CV on this email:recruitment@ksh3.sa
