Food Technologist

OBRO Foods is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Food Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product development, quality assurance, food safety compliance, and process improvement to ensure the highest product standards.Key Responsibilities:Develop and improve food products according to market requirements.Conduct research on ingredients, formulations, and food processing techniques.Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.Monitor product quality and production processes.Perform laboratory testing and analyze product samples.Maintain product specifications and technical documentation.Coordinate with production, procurement, and quality teams.Ensure compliance with local food regulations and company policies.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.2–4 years of relevant experience in the food industry.Strong knowledge of food safety standards and quality management systems.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication and teamwork abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical documentation.
