We are building a business team in Gurgaon which currently has 5 people.ROLES - Setup Testing Procedures and Testing lab for Raw herbs and Herbal Ingredients (Adulteration, Microbiological, Stability testing etc)Continuously improve existing products in terms of taste, mouthfeel, appearance, shelf life, and nutritional value.Design and conduct lab-scale trials, pilot batches, and sensory evaluations.Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards during R&D and production.Perform quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and final outputs at regular intervals.Monitor compliance with local regulatory authorities (e.g., FSSAI), including labelling, declarations, and nutritional claims.QualificationsDiploma / Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT / BMLT).Valid certification or license (if applicable).Experience in working with regulatory standards (AYUSH, FSSAI).What We Offer:A competitive CTC depending on fitDirectly working with Founder providing mentorship opportunitiesOffice DetailsLocation - Balangir, OdishaOffice Timings - 10:00 to 7:00pm6 days Work week
