With a people-first approach and ISO-ready frameworks, the company supports clients across the Middle East, Europe, APAC, and the USA.Role Description The Foreign Exchange and Contract for Difference (CFD) Sales Conversion & Retention Agent is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. The role involves engaging prospective and existing clients, introducing FX and CFD products, and converting qualified leads into active trading accounts. The agent will conduct outbound and inbound calls, explain product features and associated risks, and guide clients through onboarding, KYC, and platform setup. Daily tasks include maintaining a strong sales pipeline, following up on leads, providing market information approved by the company, and ensuring a high standard of client service and compliance with regulatory and internal policies. The role requires close collaboration with sales, compliance, and operations teams to meet conversion targets and support long-term client relationships.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong sales and negotiation skills, including lead qualification, closing techniques, and pipeline management.Candidates should possess customer relationship and communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to explain complex financial products in accessible terms.Candidates should possess financial markets knowledge, particularly in foreign exchange and CFDs, along with a solid understanding of trading platforms and basic risk concepts.Candidates should possess compliance and documentation skills, including familiarity with KYC/AML procedures and accurate record-keeping standards.Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify client needs and propose suitable product solutions.Relevant experience in FX/CFD brokerage, financial services sales, or telesales is highly beneficial.A bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is preferred.Proficiency in English is required; additional languages commonly used in the region are an advantage.Comfort working to targets in a fast-paced, regulated environment and a high level of professional ethics are essential.Fluent in one of the languages: Tagalog/Thai/Mandarin/Korean/JapanesePrevious Forex/CFD industry experience is mandatory.For Retention positions, previous FX/CFD retention experience is required.Send your CV to: info@peoplehivehr.comOr send us a PM with your CV and the position you’re applying for.Please indicate your language + Conversion/Retention role when applying.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
