Kaiyan Medical offers devices ranging from flexible wearables to full-body systems, helping innovators bring proven photobiomodulation (PBM) benefits to market confidently.Role Description The Foreign Trade Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Hong Kong SAR, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role manages international trading activities, including sourcing opportunities, negotiating business terms, and coordinating import/export operations for Kaiyan Medical’s light-therapy solutions. Day-to-day tasks include developing and maintaining relationships with overseas partners, monitoring global market trends, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and certifications. The specialist collaborates closely with sales, logistics, finance, and regulatory teams to optimize trade processes, support timely delivery of products, and contribute to the company’s global growth strategy. The role also involves preparing trade documentation, tracking performance metrics, and providing regular reports and insights to management.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong International Trade and International Business skills.Candidates should possess solid Business Negotiation and Trading skills.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for cross-cultural collaboration and stakeholder management.Relevant bachelor’s degree in International Business, Trade, Economics, Logistics, or a related field.Experience in medical devices, healthcare, or technology sectors, especially in export-oriented roles, is highly beneficial.Knowledge of international trade regulations, incoterms, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.Proficiency in English; additional languages commonly used in international business (such as Mandarin or other regional languages) are an advantage.Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
