Role Description This full-time, on-site Foreman Cladding role is based in Riyadh. The Foreman Cladding will oversee and coordinate cladding installation projects, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, manage team scheduling, and supervise daily activities to meet project deadlines. The role includes inspecting and maintaining equipment, addressing project issues, and fostering effective communication between team members and management. Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills to lead and coordinate teams effectivelyProficiency in handling and overseeing the use of Heavy Equipment associated with cladding operationsEffective Communication skills to liaise with team members, contractors, and managementHands-on experience with Carpentry and other cladding-related skillsKnowledge of Maintenance procedures and the ability to ensure the proper functioning of tools and equipmentAbility to interpret blueprints and technical drawingsMinimum of 5 years of experience in cladding or related construction projectsUnderstanding of workplace safety protocols and compliance standards
