The organization values practical expertise, accountability, and continuous improvement on the production floor.Role Description The Foreman role at Ritver Paints Manufacturing is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. The Foreman oversees daily production activities on the shop floor, coordinating work assignments, monitoring staff performance, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Typical responsibilities include supervising operators and technicians, scheduling and organizing tasks, and verifying that equipment and machinery are used correctly and maintained in good working order. The role involves inspecting work areas, managing basic maintenance and repairs, resolving operational issues, and communicating clearly with production management and other departments. The Foreman also supports continuous improvement initiatives, maintains accurate production records, and ensures that all work is completed efficiently and in line with company policies.Qualifications Strong supervisory skills, including team coordination, task delegation, and performance monitoring.Hands-on experience with heavy equipment and machinery used in manufacturing or industrial environments.Effective communication skills to interact with team members, management, and other departments.Basic carpentry or fabrication skills useful for fixtures, storage, or production-related structures.Maintenance skills for routine inspections, minor repairs, and coordinating technical support when needed.Experience in manufacturing, industrial production, or paint/chemical industry operations is an advantage.Knowledge of workplace safety standards, PPE usage, and safe handling of materials.Ability to read and follow work orders, technical instructions, and production schedules.Secondary school certificate or vocational/technical qualification; additional training in industrial operations is a plus.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, including flexibility for shift work or extended hours when required.
