Nordicscape Pool Concepts L.L.C. is looking for an experienced Swimming Pool Foreman to supervise and coordinate swimming pool construction projects in Dubai.The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in pool construction, plumbing, piping, drainage and pump-room systems. You will be responsible for managing site workers, maintaining quality standards and ensuring work is completed according to drawings and project requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise swimming pool construction from civil works through completion.Coordinate pool plumbing, piping and drainage works.Oversee pump-room installation and equipment.Check pumps, filters, valves and circulation systems.Supervise waterproofing and water testing.Monitor pool tiling, coping and finishing works.Read and understand swimming pool drawings.Supervise plumbers, masons, tilers and other site workers.Maintain quality control and coordinate daily site activities.Ensure work is completed safely and according to project specifications.RequirementsMinimum 3 years of relevant experience.Proven UAE swimming pool construction experience.Strong practical knowledge of pool plumbing and pump-room systems.Ability to independently supervise pool works.Good leadership and team coordination skills.UAE driving licence is an advantage.Landscaping or outdoor works experience is an advantage.What We OfferCompetitive salary.Company visa provided.Medical insurance provided.Candidates with direct swimming pool contractor experience will be given preference.To apply, send your CV via WhatsApp: 056 415 5565
