This role oversees daily production activities, including planning workflows, allocating labor and materials, and monitoring machines and equipment to meet production targets. The foreman coordinates with supervisors and team members to ensure adherence to quality standards, safety procedures, and production schedules. Responsibilities include supervising production staff, tracking output and defects, reporting performance metrics, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives on the factory floor. The role also involves documenting production processes, resolving operational issues, and collaborating with other departments to optimize efficiency.Qualifications Experience in production operations, including supervising production lines and coordinating daily workflows.Skills in quality control and familiarity with safety standards and factory operating procedures.Ability to monitor machinery and equipment, identify basic technical issues, and coordinate with maintenance teams.Strong leadership and team management skills, including staff coordination, coaching, and performance monitoring.Competence in basic data recording, reporting, and use of standard office or production-related software.Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Proactive problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.Previous experience in manufacturing or beauty/consumer goods production is an advantage.
