The organization provides market insights and maintains a trader-first approach, empowering clients to navigate global markets with greater confidence.Nextwise Markets is looking for an experienced MT5 & Forex CRM Operations Manager to oversee trading platform administration, brokerage calculations, CRM workflows, and day-to-day back office operations.We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience managing a forex brokerage’s operational systems, strong numerical accuracy, and the ability to troubleshoot issues across trading platforms, CRM systems, and integrations.Key Responsibilities🔹 MT5 Management & Administration

• Manage trading accounts, client groups, account permissions, leverage settings, and approved account changes.
• Configure and maintain symbols, trading sessions, contract specifications, volume limits, and margin settings through authorised administrative access.
• Maintain approved stop-out levels, execution settings, and instrument configurations.
• Investigate trading account issues and coordinate resolution with dealing, risk, and technical teams.🔹 Brokerage Calculations, Swaps, Commissions & Spreads
• Configure and verify commission structures, spread markups, swaps, and other approved trading charges.
• Validate calculations across instruments, account types, and client groups.
• Manage swap schedules, triple-swap settings, and approved swap-free account arrangements.
• Check trading P&L, margin, currency conversions, and applicable charges for accuracy.
• Investigate discrepancies and coordinate documented corrections through the appropriate approval process.🔹 IB, Partner & Rebate Management
• Set up and maintain IB and affiliate structures, referral mappings, and partner account configurations.
• Administer multi-level commission plans, volume-based rebates, and approved revenue-sharing arrangements.
• Reconcile partner earnings and investigate incorrect or missing payouts.🔹 Forex CRM & Client Portal Operations
• Manage CRM workflows covering registration, KYC, account opening, deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers.
• Maintain CRM user roles, permissions, client segmentation, and account mappings.
• Oversee synchronisation between the CRM, client portal, partner portal, and MT5.
• Configure approved notifications, workflow automation, and operational reporting.
• Troubleshoot account provisioning failures, transaction status mismatches, and data discrepancies.🔹 API Connections & System Integrations
• Coordinate setup, testing, and monitoring of MT5, CRM, payment gateway, KYC provider, and third-party API integrations.
• Work with developers and vendors on authentication, permissions, field mapping, webhooks, and connection errors.
• Monitor failed requests, duplicate transactions, and synchronisation delays, escalating technical faults promptly.
• Support liquidity provider, bridge, and price-feed connectivity alongside the responsible technical and dealing teams.What We’re Looking For1.5+ years of experience in Forex/CFD brokerage or financial services.Strong understanding of end-to-end brokerage operations and business development.Proven ability to represent a company with international clients and business partners.Strong industry network and understanding of the global Forex/CFD market.Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.Strong leadership and commercial mindset.Professional, confident and capable of representing the company independently on a global stage.MT5 #MetaTrader5 #ForexJobs #BrokerageOperations #ForexCRM #TradingOperations
