It's a small team — you'll work directly with the founders, move fast from idea to live customer, and hold real equity in the outcome.What You'll DoBuild custom features and workflows for enterprise clients on our core platformGo from prototype to production quickly, refining based on direct customer feedbackWork across the stack — modern front end, backend services, and AI-driven componentsManage a few customer projects at onceVisit client sites to learn workflows firsthand and gather feedbackTurn one-off customer solutions into reusable product featuresWhat We're Looking For1–5 years of engineering experience with strong full-stack skillsExperience building applications that use LLMs (agents, tool use, structured outputs)A portfolio or side projects that real users have touchedComfortable working directly with customers, not just specsAble to ship within existing engineering standards and processesIn-person role, full-timeGood Fit IfYou're early-career and want more ownership than your current role offersYou enjoy travelling to see how businesses actually operateYou've shipped projects end-to-end with minimal oversightYou're curious and pick up new domains quickly
